Office Locations

Memphis Area Legal Services has two office locations, in Memphis and Covington, TN.  Both offices are centrally located and accessible by public transportation.  Each office provides full access for client services. The Memphis office is located in Shelby County in downtown Memphis at 200 Jefferson, Suite 1075, Memphis, TN  38103, only a few blocks from the Judge D’Army Bailey Courthouse and federal court building. The Covington office is located in Tipton County on the main highway in Covington, at 899-A Hwy 51 South, Covington, TN  38019.

Office Hours

Hours of operation for both the Memphis and Covington locations are 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Getting to the Memphis Office

Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) provides public transportation to the downtown Memphis area.  The stop nearest our downtown Memphis office is at Jefferson Avenue/Second Street.  You may also secure a transfer at the Main Terminal downtown to take the trolley to a stop very near our office.  To plan a bus trip to our downtown Memphis location, click here. Getting to the Covington Office

Delta Human Resource Agency (DHRA) provides transportation services for Fayette, Lauderdale, Tipton, and non-urban Shelby counties.  Hours of operation: Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.   You may contact DHRA Rural Transportation at 901-475-1460 to arrange transportation and for information about fares or visit them at http://www.deltahra.org Directions:  Click here to get driving directions to our Covington office.
